It was established on 01\/01\/1990 with the initiative of few educated youths of Rupahi in Nagaon district of Assam.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Details of legal status\u00a0:<\/h4>\n<p>(i) Registered under the Indian Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860, vide Registration No. RS\/3213 of 1991-92 dated\u00a0:\u00a031\/01\/1992.<\/p>\n<p>(ii) Registered under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act 1976, Govt. of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, vide Regn. No. 020820067 of 2013 dated: 29\/04\/2013.<\/p>\n<p>(iii) Registered under PWD Act, 1995 vide Regn. No. 62\/2015 dated: 15\/10\/2015.<\/p>\n<p>(iv) Registered under 12A<\/p>\n<p>(v) Registered under 80G<\/p>\n<p>(vi) Registered under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, GOI for undertaking CSR activities vide Regn. No. CSR00053369 dated11-05-2023<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Affiliation\u00a0:<\/h4>\n<p>(i) Affiliated Unit to Nehru Yuva Kendra, Nagaon, vide No. NYKN\/AS-19\/2018-19\/51511 dated: 24\/01\/2019<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><u>STRENGTH OF GENERAL BODY:<\/u><\/h4>\n<p>At present, the Organization has 40 Nos of General Members from all over the State of Assam out of which 15 Nos. are Female.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><u>STRENGTH OF EXECUTIVE BODY:<\/u><\/h4>\n<p>At present, the Organization has 11 (Eleven) Executive Members\u00a0consisting of\u00a01 (one) President, 1 (one) Vice-President, 1 (one) General Secretary, 1 (one) Assistant Secretary, 1 (one) Joint Secretary, 1 (one) Publicity Secretary, 1 (one) Auditor, 1 (one) Treasurer, 1 (one) Cultural Secretary, 1 (one) Game Secretary and 1(one) Executive Member.
