Assistant Physiotherapy at Nagaon district of Assam:
The organization is running a Physiotherapy Course under Seekho aur Kamao Scheme of Assistant for Minority Students at Nagaon and Naltali Assam with the financial Assistance from Ministry of Minority Affairs, Govt. of India. Department of Maulana Azad Education Foundation through this project more than 250 nos. of beneficiaries were benefitted every year.

The organization is running Seekho aur Kamao another scheme of Assistant Physiotherapy Course for Minority Students at Mushalpur, Baksha District and Jonai Science College, Dhemaji Assam with financial assistance from Ministry of Minority Affairs, Govt. of India. Department of Maulana Azad Education Foundation through this project more than 150 nos. of beneficiaries were benefitted every year..
Medical Laboratory Technician:
The organization is running Seekho aur Kamao another scheme of Medical Laboratory Technician Course for Minority Students at Missa and Jonai Science College, Dhemaji Assam with financial Assistance from Ministry of Minority Affairs, Govt. of India. Department of Maulana Azad Education Foundation through this project more than 150 nos. of beneficiaries were benefitted every year.
Senior SPA Therapist:
The organization is running Seekho aur Kamao another scheme of Senior SPA Therapist Course for Minority Students at Missa Assam with financial Assistance from Ministry of Minority Affairs, Govt. of India. Department of Maulana Azad Education Foundation through this project more than 100 nos. of beneficiaries were benefitted every year.
- PMKVY TRAINING EXPENSES:
Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana promote skill development in the country by providing free short duration skill training and incentivizing this by providing monetary rewards to youth for skill certification. The organization successfully completed the PMKVY project of 20 beneficiaries at Missa, Nagaon district of Assam. This project sponsored by DECT.
- CRAFTS TRAINING CENTRE FOR SC’S:
The RKC is running Craft Training Centre for the beneficiaries belonging to SC community at RKC project office Rupahi, Nagaon (Assam). Total 60 Nos. of Male and Female students take the benefit of achieving one year diploma in Craft under the scheme.
- SKILL TRAINING FOR TRANSGENDER & BEGGARRY:
Rupahi Kohinoor Club is running a unique project skill training for Transgender and beggarry at Baksa, and Nagaon district of Assam from its own sources. The objective of the training program is Skill Development and Capacity Building of transgender persons who have so far been looking for employment, without success and those who have lacked proper guidance. The Participants were trained on various life coping skills and personality development like problem solving, decision making, critical thinking, relationship building and work place etiquette among many other skills. The participants are assisted towards building self-confidence and self-esteem necessary to face the challenges at a work place. On the other hand our organization trains beggars to get wage/self-employment and for higher earnings, and/or improved working conditions, such as getting formal certification for hitherto informal skills.
- HANDICRAFTS TRAINING PROGRAMME:
The organization is running a Handicrafts Training Center at Rupahi, Nagaon, Assam form its own sources with a view to promote handicrafts by artisans. Through this training programme efforts are being taken for empowerment of artisans by making them active entrepreneurs cum primary stockholders in the process of development and bringing them to a visible platform for easy access to domestic and overseas market by upgrading the artisan’s skill through appropriate design and technology for producing value added handicraft items. However, for the effective implementation of the project the organization has conducted so many programmes such as handicrafts exhibition, design development workshop, skill up gradation training, integrated design & technical Dev. Workshop etc. in association with different agencies, NGOs, etc.During this year 200nos. Artisans were benefitted from this programme.
- EMPLOYMENT CUM-INCOME GENERATING PROGRAMME:
Unemployment is one of the burning problems not only in India but its impact has spread out around the globe. Due to COVID-19 pendamic situation this problem is growing gradually day to day. In order to reduce this problem, Government has taken various initiatives. Apart from that, Vocational Education has been introduced by setting up various Technical Institutions within Govt. & Non-Govt. level and the people have also given a good support to the efforts made by the Government. Our organization has implemented various vocational training-cum-production programmes. During this year, the organization has implemented the following vocational training programmes.

- Computer
- Cane and Bamboo.
- Handloom Weaving
